Complaints

Deficiencies in the window’s design or delivery condition which are observed, or should be observed when the window was received by the buyer shall be notified to Elitfönster AB within one week of receipt and before the window is installed in the building. If defects or damage likely occurred during transportation and delivery was signed for, the consignment note should also be sent to the carrier. Production defects or damage from delivery / shipment can not be invoked when the specified timeframe is not met. If deficiency or damage is noted after receiving the delivery, complaints must be made to Elitfönster AB within a reasonable time after the defect or damage is discovered.
